It is safer to record a unbox video when you unbox your parcel

It is always recommended that the buyer should record an unbox video. This is because something bad might happened during the delivery although it has a very low chance. Recording a video when you unbox will solidify your statement and evidence for us to take action and solve your problem accordingly.

Be caution when you unbox your parcel

When you open your parcel, please make sure the surrounding is safe and no shape objects around. Watch out your scissor or knife when you unbox. This is important because you might accidentally poked the doll against the sharp objects or cut the doll accidentally.

Clean the doll before enjoy your moment with her

We will spray some oil and powder on the doll to protect her before ship out, hence she might be a little bit oily and smelly when you receive. If she is smelly, you may:

1. Put some baby powder / doll care powder on her and left it for 30 minutes to 1 hour

2. Take the doll to shower or wash her body with shampoo

3. Wash away the shampoo and lap her body until it dry

4. Put some baby powder or doll care powder for doll maintenance

You may skip step 1 with she is not smelly.

How to clean her body? How to wash her vagina?

The doll is like a human girl, you will need to take care of her so that she last for longer lifespan. Hence, you can't avoid from washing her body or her vagina. Luckily, both TPE and Silicone do not absorb water, so it will be very easy to clean.

• To shower her. You just need to shower her like normal person, but please be caution if you have addon AI Soundtrack, Vagina Suction, Body Heating & any feature will outer technical components on the doll body.
  

• To lap her body. You should use soap water to lap her body once and lap her body again with pipe water until she is clean.
  

• To wash her vagina. Since both TPE and Silicone do not absorb water, you just need to use the provided cleaner or using hose to pump water into her vagina and the substances will flow out directly. Repeat the step a few times until it is fully clean.
  

• Remember to dry her vagina. Please be remind to dry her vagina to avoid bacterial infection. You may put the doll until the fan or air-condition, or using tissue insert into her vagina several time to absorb the remaining water. The water absorption stick is usable but not recommended as it will decrease the lifespan of the doll vagina.
