Due to different of country, each country will have different delivery lead time and policies. We will only outline the basic policy at this section.

  • After we send you the preview video of your doll and have been verified and agreed to ship out by the you, no cancellation is allowed.

  • Both our company and the buyer will need to settle down to reach mutual agreement if there is any changes of receiver details such as Receiver's Name, Receiver's Contact Number and/or Delivery Address after ship out.

  • No changes of order can be made upon order ship out.

  • Changing of order during production is not allowed unless mutual agreement by both parties.

  • Order cancellation during production will incur 30% charges from the total amount of the order.

  • Missing or malfunctioning features upon receiving (Full unbox video is required).

Manufacturer's Warranty will be provided to all of our buyers. You may claim warranty from us, if:

  • Defective quality of product such as broken doll skeleton, malfunction of any add-on features and etc.

  • Unrepairable damages found on doll caused by delivery service (full unbox video is required).

  • All form of arguments must come with valid evidence to be entertained.
